I originally chose the Oticon at Hearing Life because the only friend of mine who liked their hearing aid had one. Am on my third one and the service and staff at Hearing lLife are excellent.
I had a very helpful and happy experience and would highly recommend them.
Since a hearing test could not be performed until I see an ENT Specialist, or an Audiologist, I really didn't know how many stars to give them. I went in for a hearing test, but after looking inside my ears, especially the left one, I was given the "bad" news. I'm 62 and had lots of ear infections when I was a boy, which I told them. I was hoping to get the hearing test because the earliest I could schedule an ENT was 6.5 months. Our sick care system is still in a mess since Covid.
