I’ve been going here for years, and I can confidently say all the positive reviews are absolutely deserved. I truly couldn’t recommend this place more. The environment is always spotless, calming, and relaxing, the perfect ambiance for facials and aesthetic treatments. Every single person who works here is A+. They are incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! And Nurse B, in particular, is an absolute goddess. I LOVE HER, and I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I recently visited this center after seeing positive reviews on Google and booked a facial. It took 50 minutes and on the second day I woke up to a red swollen face with little bumps. I returned to speak with the manager and they only provided an electric mask for about half hour but did not improve the issue. I was so concerned I has to schedule a visit with my doctor to have it checked out. Overall not happy with the service.
I usually don’t share negative feedback, but in this case I hope it can improve the experience for other clients; and perhaps the business owner / management can re-evaluate that the laser equipment is properly set up, and tested before using it on the client. I have been a client of Ava Spa for many years and came for other services, but after this experience, I will not come anymore as I don’t trust this facility.
