Ava is wonderful and very attentive to my needs. Shes intuitive and mindful as well as gentle and has a very calming energy to make you feel at ease and very easy to talk to.
Ava has a beautiful healing energy. I find her newsletter Stuck with Ava, to be so insightful and really interesting for anyone wanting to explore the principles of Chinese medicine and it's powerful approach to healing.
I am admittedly a skeptic, but Ava has made me 1000% an acupuncture believer. She has such a warm, nurturing presence, and when you talk to her about what your body needs, she really listens.
