Maintenance staff are excellent. Elevator service can be frustrating at times.
This place is an absolute train wreck. For one, the elevators are horrendous. 3 elevators for 18 floors is already not enough. But 2 of the 3 are usually either shut down for moves or repairs. Elevators stop on random floors, doors drag, open and close, etc. Spent almost a year on renovations only for them to still not be up to par. If you want to go anywhere, factor in a 15/20 minute wait for elevators. Also never any visitor parking.
