Prospective tenants should be aware of the current conditions at this building. The photos provided reflect ongoing issues that I experienced during my tenancy. The building has only three elevators serving all residents, and it is not uncommon for one or more elevators to be marked “Out of Service,” causing significant delays and inconvenience when entering or exiting the property. Cannot warn potential residents enough to think twice before renting at this building. After the charade of the tour and move in is over, management is typically unresponsive to any simple requests. Not to mention the elevators you keep reading about in the comments…yes it’s true…it’s always down.
The repair of the dishwasher was outstanding the tech came to the apartment quickly diagnosed the issue changed out the pump and was out the door in less then thirty minutes The only issue was it took over a week to get somebody and I was never contacted.
