New Edit: I moved out 30 days ago and have yet to receive my security deposit despite the law stating it should be paid within 21 days or a list of damages which i also did not receive. Everything with managment is like pulling teeth. I emailed and emailed no reply even though CT law is very specific about the time period they need to pay back security deposits they do not comply. Prompt and efficient service!
I’ve been here 6 years but am leaving. The maintenance team is the best part of the staff. The elevators, package room management, and front office staff are less concerned with resident experience.
