I have been living in this building for 2.5 years, and I just extended my stay today with another year. The amenties are very good, the gym, the pool and the garden with 2 tennis courts. Nice people in the building too. The building might not be the newest in Stamford, but the space and the view of the appartment, who is affordable, in contrary to the majority of the other appartments Stamford. Feels like home. I’ve been living here for 8 years, and I’ve had a great experience working with the leasing office during my recent apartment transfer, especially Jeff. He was consistently responsive, proactive, and took ownership of the process from start to finish. He communicated clearly, followed through on every step, and made the whole thing much smoother than I expected. He kept everything on track, which made a real difference. My roommate and I had to chase them down to get our deposit back, and the management was mostly unresponsive. Our lease ended on 10/18 and we finally got a check on 12/20 after following up with them numerous times. It was such a hassle.
