I came here shopping for new jewelry and Brandy was so sweet and helpful at the counter! Trinity took time to show me how to do a custom order and what would look good with what I already have. The options they offer were so amazing I still can't decide what I want! I also had a chain that was not installed quite right in one of my lobe piercings. If you are looking for the most knowledgeable and compassionate piercer possible, then Trinity is the one for you! Trinity (and her whole staff) are phenomenal and help you through the entire process with so much care, no matter how many concerns or questions you may have. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my future piercings, so thank you Trinity for such a wonderful first piercing experience!
This place is very clean and welcoming. Shout out to the receptionists and Trinity! They are amazing. I had a piercing that I could not take off. Spent 2 days stressing trying, watched a YouTube video and was unsuccessful. They stayed open a little after to accommodate me as a walk in. Thank you!!
2025 update: Im still loyal to Trinity and her AVA team. I've retired one or two of my piercings over the last decade, but every piercing experience with her is exceptional. She is attentive and helpful on all matters and concerns, big or small. Fantastic place to get pierced. Trinity was amazing and very informative and she really cares about you and your situation. I have not been able to wear earrings for the last 20 years and wanted to get my nose pierced.
