I would give no stars if it would let me. Everything started out great. They are in network so my insurance covers $2500 of the cost. Come to find out after I sign a contract, I get the braces put on my son and they bill insurance there are hidden administration fees that insurance doesn’t cover. When they give you the quote for braces up front there wasn’t a break down of the costs, so I didn’t know there were going to be any admin fees, or any other type of fee besides the cost of braces. My daughter is halfway done with her braces. She has decided to go into the Air Force. We did not know that she can not go into the military with braces. I contacted Ava Orthodontics to ask them and try to negotiate a price to take the braces off before boot camp. Ava orthodontics would not help us with a discounted price and insist that we pay the Full balance of approximately 2,500 in order for them to remove her braces.
