I wouldn’t recommend Ava Orthodontics to my worst enemy. The moment you walk in, it feels more like a used car dealership than a medical office nothing but high-pressure sales tactics. They push expensive treatments and honestly, it feels like they’re more focused on your wallet than your teeth. To make things worse, the front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff at Ava Orthodontics were rude and dismissive from the start. The office itself was surprisingly dirty for a healthcare facility dusted, cluttered, and honestly not somewhere you'd want to receive treatment. To make matters worse, I noticed bugs in the waiting area, which is completely unacceptable. On top of all that, their prices are far higher than what you'd expect for the level of care (or lack thereof) you receive. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for orthodontic treatment.

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with AVA Orthodontist's and their entire team. From the very first consultation to every follow up appointment everyone has been kind, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout my son’s treatment. We were so impressed with the level of care that my husband decided to go to AVA for braces as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t be happier with the care we have received and I would absolutely recommend! Mason Bustamante
