My first time going in ava nail salon. The customer service was excellent from the time I step through the door until the time I left. An my nail tech gave me a pedicure made me feel I was walking on cloud nine. I want to give a special Thank you to Jen. For a A1 customer service😊😊😊😊

“T” the nail tech is the absolute BEST. I can be a very picky customer and she always leaves me satisfied with the services she provides. She takes appointments, does fantastic work, and will get you in and out in a timely fashion. I love her! The store can use more variety with S&S powder. It is very limited. I’m sad to hear the prices will inflate with new color selection, it’s already an expensive service:-( Overall, I am very satisfied with this company and their services. That is why I return. This place is only good for pedicure. I use think the customer service was wonderful until this past Monday. I asked for stiletto nails and they were uneven when I went to management because the technician couldn't solve the problem they shoed her away and she still couldn't fix my nails. If they would have had someone else fix my nails I would be fine but they didn't they only knocked $10 off I will not be going back ever I should have never cheated on DYNASTY NAILS.
