Sarah was amazing! She welcomed us right away and was kind enough to help carry our things in when we moved. She’s so sweet, communicates quickly, and made sure we felt comfortable in our new space. When I first came to view the unit, she even took the time to show me around the entire building. She answered all my questions and made the process of being approved for our new condo unit so smooth. I definitely recommend her services—10/10 for sure! 🤗

We've had a great experience managing our 3 properties in Toronto with Ava Hill. We ended up switching from a different local company and happy we did. They’re much more responsive and easier to work with. They also have an online portal which is efficient and user friendly. Haven’t had any issues with them. Would recommend to anyone.
