Love living at the Highline have been here for almost 5 years! All the doorman (Chris, Gustavo, Darell, Joseph, Javier and Adam as well as all of the maintenance guys are so helpful. Really appreciate Malcolm and Cameron, they always go above and beyond to help out and fix all the broken things in my apartment. I put in tickets at least twice a month and they are so quick and fast at fixing! Appreciate you all, can’t say enough great things about the AVA! Thank you!
It’s my home, I love my building, the amenities and the best concierge team, friendly and always welcoming.
This is my first review through 5 years living in AVA highline. Since the pandemic, AVA is my home in NY and all staffs in AVA showed me smiles when I met them in entrance, lounge, lobby, hallway even restroom. This little thing makes me fresh start of the day. Sometime I see there are a lot of packages to handle so I felt somehow guilty.. but you guys always take care very nicely. I really appreciate and very thank you for the service.
I’d like to commend Joseph, Chris, and Gus for the outstanding service they provide. Each of them consistently greets me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel truly welcome every time I come home. Their friendly presence and reliability create a sense of comfort and community in the building. It’s always a pleasure to see their familiar faces, and I deeply appreciate the genuine care they bring to their work.
