Chris is the best. Always super friendly, personable and helpful. He’s a great asset for front of house. One of my favorite people.
All of the Concierge staff are friendly and helpful. In particular, Chris, Joseph and Javier are always ready with a smile to be helpful.
The Ava High line is a fantastic place to live! The staff keeps the building clean and any repairs are timely and taken care of. Highly recommended.
Nice apartments, great staff, wonderful street and safe and quiet. Walking distance to Penn Station and many subways. We have been there for 3 years and our son has been there for 2. We are very happy!
