HUGE misrepresentation of the arrangement I ordered. I understand that the flowers themselves might be different, but I would totally expect the number of flowers, and the size/fullness should be the same as pictured. This was not the case at all - at least 2/3 less flowers than that were pictured in the ad. In addition, you cannot get anyone from customer service to help you or respond to this concern at all.
Wel I order the red and white basket and asked if they could put orange and white roses in it and the lady said yes. We'll I got a basket about the size of a Easter basket with yellow and white roses. I figured they would get it right. But no. That is one reason I like talking to someone not going g on the internet. I will never order from these people again. The basket is got doesn't even look like the small basket in pic.

I decided to give them a try myself for the funeral flowers arrangement my friend, Very impressive, the flowers looked amazing and pricing was very affordable. Last week ordered a bouquet for my niece graduation , I describe how I like it to match her dresses, I was amazed at the quality of the bouquet I received
