I ordered flowers and they promised me a date for delivery and the day of delivery was told now they can’t deliver until 4 days after promised date. Also unable to fulfill my order and wanted me to pick out another arrangement. They lied about their location and said they were located in town for 30 years. Ordering was difficult in the first place having to go online while on phone. Lost phone connection 3 times. Overall, a NIGHTMARE!
Ordered a $39.00 arrangement then when it was time to purchase total came to $81.00. FREE DELIVERY. A lot of hidden costs. Disappointed.
What a WONDERFUL florist!! Highly recommended!! I raced in at the last minute, almost at closing, to pick up a beautiful bouquet for my son’s grade 12 proposal to his girlfriend. The florist working, (I believe his name is Pan), put together a PERFECT bouquet in a matter of minutes, with the purple and red colour theme my son requested! I was so impressed by the quality of the bouquet and the excellent service and price! It was my first visit to Ava’s Florist and certainly not my last!!
Worst experience for Mother’s Day. They did not deliver the flowers at all. There was no way for me to get a hold of them as there calling system is a AI robot asking for billing address zip code. I live in Canada and we have a 6 digit postal code, so it would let me go through to someone. I still haven’t received a refund aswell.
