We lived here for 2 years, and when we received the ridiculous rent increase we decided to move out, after we turned in our vacant notice, the price listed for our apartment on the website is $200 bucks cheaper than what we received. This is like a joke. They want to rent out the space cheaper to a new tenant rather than keep the current residents. This is the WORST living experience you can imagine. I have never experienced such loud noise anywhere I have lived in my life. No soundproofing at all. You can hear everything from your upstairs neighbor, from heavy footsteps at 2 am, to dog barking at 3 am, followed by snoring at 4 am - yes you can hear snoring.
