Great apartments with access to overlake village station. Great for Microsoft employees with access to one Esterra building where you can call the employee intercampus shuttle. At any cost, avoid the apartments facing. Calder Ave where dumpsters are kept for garbage pickup. Gets noisy in the morning. Pricing makes sense with their discounts. Without those discounts, it’s pricey.

They just so self guided tours with 7 digit codes for entrance, lift and every house. There is no one at the place to even show you how to get around. There is only one elevator to reach 9th floor and its hidden from ground floor. Half the time I was lost in the maze like squid games. It was a very poor tour experience. There is only an AI bot that replies to your emails and its impossible to connect to a real human! So if you have any questions you will need to keep waiting. I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but this place truly deserves it. I’ve lived in many residential complexes that lacked cultural awareness and inclusivity. However, since moving here, I’ve seen several events that celebrate different religions and cultures. This approach helps reduce negativity and hate, and instead promotes tolerance, understanding, and learning from one another. It creates a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. The soundproofing is non-existent—I could hear every single step my upstairs neighbor took. To make matters worse, a neighbor had a fire on New Year's Eve, and my whole place was filled with dust and the smell of smoke. Do yourself a favor and DON’T RENT HERE.
