Do not rent here unless you wake up before 7 am, which no one does. The noise from the trash truck will destroy your every sleeping. When you visit the apartment, just came around 8 or 9 am. You will hear the crazy noise of the trash truck. This will prevent you from booking the apartment and losing your sleep.

BIG THANK YOU to Jenna Cazares. She made my move in process so easy. The first few weeks of moving are always so hard and chaotic. But thanks to Jenna, I can say she made my move in process so smooth. From making sure that I got my key access even when the leasing office was closed, to making sure I feel at home in the new apartment. Jenna went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

Sam from maintenance is amazing! He gave me a heads up before coming to my apartment. He did a great job at fixing the issue and explaining to me what went wrong. The five stars are for Sam and the maintenance team.

Overall pretty good experience. Lived here for the past 2 years. Gym is great for an apartment and I've had no problems with appliances. Walls are pretty insulating. For those looking to move here: unless you like waking up before 7am, DO NOT MOVE INTO A UNIT ON THE EAST SIDE! Garbage trucks come every weekday as early as 7:00am and slam the heck out of the garbage bins for the whole neighborhood to hear. I'm a pretty deep sleeper and it wakes me up every single time.
