TLDR: Former 9th floor resident here, living here was generally fine, leasing office replies fast, close to light rail, etc. But the apartment is generally not quiet, don’t choose if noise matters to you: 1. Modified cars soaring during day and nights (especially if you live on the side of Overlake park and ride). Horrible experience touring. Eventually didn't even get to tour. Got instructions for self guided tour, showed up and turns out they gave me wrong apartments and there was no one here at leasing office. They wanted me to come back again. Stay away. They dont care about you.
Ridiculous!! They will find any way to charge you extra when you moved out. The apartment’s inspector came to my apartment and said everything think look good and we will not have to pay for anything when we moved out, even the cleaning fee ( they said they could help us throughout a few trash for free). However, i still cleaned the room and left no trash before i left. They still billed me with more than $500. When i asked if they have the prove of fixing those item, i would happy to pay.
