What an amazing experience!! Ava Clara has wonderful customer service- from planning your initial appointment to the reminder phone call to the moment you walk in the door. They can accommodate girls of many different shapes and sizes, which is incredibly important! Loved the selection of bridesmaid dresses available as well. The staff was very knowledgeable and made the process very easy and stress free!
Ava Couture was absolutely AMAZING!! Melinda was perfect and the dress selection was the right style and right price! For my first bridal appointment they were so helpful, complimentary and assistive and I found the gown of my dreams. Thank you Ava Couture, I would tell any first time bridal gown shopping bride or one searching for the perfect dress to go to Ava, they will find the dress for you!
We had a great experience here. The consultant was focused on us and professional and found the BEST dresses that it made it hard for the bride to choose. She also made it possible to shop here with an affordable budget that we appreciate. They even stayed open late to accommodate us. We appreciate everything!!!
It was a great experience! The individual I worked with brought me dresses that fit exactly what I had described and showed her in photos. She also brought others to explore so I could try all kinds. It never felt rushed and I felt very comfortable. She helped me narrow it down and there was no pressure! I bought my dress here and had a wonderful experience 4 years ago. Brought my sister in law in this week after visiting 2 other stores. We didn't have an appointment but they gave us their undivided attention and spent so much time with us!! I wish I remembered the consultant name but she was awesome! I recommend this store to anyone I know getting married � Yall's customer service is so different than everyone else's!
