I have brought several vehicles here for replacement tires over the past 5 years with no issues. I brought my moms car in several weeks ago, they FORGOT to tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels, i heard the vibration and turned around, by thw time i got back the wheel was slamming extremely hard against the car. Pulled up and 3 of the five lug nuts were gone, one more fell off with just a light touch. They did not inspect the car, just added & tightened lug nuts.
