We rented a home in Folsom for 2 years. The owner of the home pretty much didn't care about any issues with the home or us renting the home. The owner made it very difficult to get any discrepancies resolved with the house. The owner was extremely disrespectful to us while rented the home eventhough we took very good care of the home..
