Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a “non-commercial” more personal landlord experience. We have enjoyed almost 3 years here with our kids. As we prepare to vacate our townhome, lots of unexpected and unknown events in our lives have made the move out process chaotic on our end, but Leslie has been very flexible and understanding with us which has been incredibly helpful. Scam artists. They will do everything possible to avoid returning your security deposit. No way is a “deep clean” of a townhouse worth $700 — especially when the unit was already cleaned before move out. Then they charged an extra $200 for a carpet stain that was there before moving in (and still is) in their own pre-move-in photos. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE or from Leslie Rykmen (landlord/owner), bad neighbors and bad landlord, after 2 years of being none stopped harassed by our neighbors (loud music day/night, boxing our vehicles in, keying our cars, screaming and spitting at us, even claiming we pulled guns on them) our landlord wouldn't lift a finger, saying we had to call the cops and that there was nothing she could do, we called the cops multiple times and the submitted multiple claims and they said the landlord had to step in, but she kept claiming ... read more
AV Property Management is the best rental company in the Fargo/Moorhead Area. First and foremost, Leslie and her team went out of their way to accommodate my family I when we moved to the area for a family emergency. The worst place you can ever live at in West Fargo/Fargo area. The neighbors were so bad we had the call the cops multiple times for being blocked in our own drive way, extremely loud music and or just being harassed! They even keyed my car and it says “I hate you”. On top of that, the landlord Leslie wouldn’t even do anything about it! We would message her and she wouldn’t even respond to us.
