Would give zero stars, if option available.If you value your health, time, and money stay away from this place. With appointment get ready to spend 3 hours there. Once there, they will add services that were not provided. Will charge you for a psychical even though my insurance covers it. They put the incorrect billing code so they can get paid more per visit. Always giving me the wrong prescriptions. The list goes on and on.
The customer service of this office is atrocious. Not only is the wait time well over an hour when you go in for a scheduled appointment if you can get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, even prior to COVID. I’ve been requesting a electronic copy of my child and I’s medical records for over a week now. I submitted the form as they requested 8 business days ago. We have been patients at this practice for YEARS. Not only am I ALWAYS greeted with a friendly smile --no matter which Dr. or P.A. i see. But have NEVER had more than a 15 minute wait time--EVER. I only wish I could get an answer as to WHAT Medi-Care plans they DO accept. As we are buying a new plan and want to choose one this office contracts with. THIS is our only complaint.
