I'm still in shock. This is the first negative review I've ever given but I just got off the phone with the most angry, snippy customer service person I've ever spoken to! I purchased and had installed a garage door from these people five years ago. When it broke this week, I called them for repair. They were going to send someone out at the end of the day today for well over $1000 between the labor and parts. Thanks to Google, I found many other choices and every repair service with 5 star reviews was less expensive to come... read more
