My son had an appointment. I waited for 30 and they didn’t call him. I went and ask and the receptionist told me the doctor left and she didn’t know what time she was coming. The doctor didn’t even care she had patients and left. Waste my time.
This is an easy 5-star. The staff responded to all my questions and frame sample requests with utmost professionalism. The doctor was generous with her time and resources in ensuring that I was 100% satisfied with my glasses.
Dr Cepeda is awesome very friendly and he loves his job..his staff is very friendly and helpful and they are always smiling keep up the good work ladies.

Staff where friendly and helpful but I got two pairs of glasses one worked just fine till the second week where one of the lenses popped out on it’s on tell me why both my glasses have different lens as well it wasn’t the same as it was prescribed it’s like come on where they where cheaply made one of the glasses popped out more due to have more layers the other one was to big for the lens for almost 300$ you think they would do a better job I’m not an optometrist but at least you think one would know how to prescribe the ri... read more
