They did a horrible job on my French tip nails then told me to come back and they would fix it for free then charge me $10 after I paid $125 for my nails and toes.

I've been coming here for must be over a year. Glad I found Jenny for powder manicures and regular pedicures. My nails never chip under her care. The 1 time a nail chipped (moving a HEAVY cardboard box that ripped and caught my nail) she fixed it fast and as a favor. Plus she's really good at the nail art I've gotten done with her too. Thanks AV and thanks jenny for always being so professional, accommodating and good at what you do!

Don’t deserve even one star I am writing to express my disappointment with my aunt’s recent experience at Av Nail Salon and Spa. My aunt, a loyal customer for nearly 15 years, followed Kim to this salon about six years ago. Despite this long-standing relationship, Kim recently instructed her not to call her anymore, which was particularly hurtful and disrespectful.
