They don’t honor their appointments. Their staff randomly calls out with unprofessional excuses and then put the burden on the customer to figure it out.

Everyone here is amazing! The owners, Annie and Van, are so welcoming and make you feel right at home. The salon is always clean, comfortable, and inviting. Ben always does a wonderful job — his work is consistently perfect and detailed. You can tell he really cares about what he does. I always leave feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for top-notch service and a great atmosphere!

Me and my daughter had the BEST experience getting our nails dipped before vacation! I texted made a same day appointment for later that afternoon (a Tuesday). Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted and had a 0 wait time! Very professional, but fun! My daughter wanted specific nail art and the nail tech was honest with us that she may need help from another nail tech! Our nails both look amazing! Clear pricing. Great hospitality. Super clean. Always fun and kind! Great atmosphere!

I’ve been to AV Nails a few times now, and they never disappoint. Ben did my dip nails this time and did an amazing job, super detailed and professional. The salon is always clean and relaxing. I love my nails every time I go!
