used him once before and had a great experience. returned s econd time to see about repairing a couple of keys on a chromebook. i have nete heare back from him and he has not returend any of my calls or emails. dropped the unit off in february... its now october... i have givenup getting the unit back fixed or not. won't use again

Great service!!! I went to get my phone fixed that already had been repaired prior (diff location). Av Computer replaced my battery (worked great) but my phone kept shutting off. Raul took my phone back & tried different things he thought could help my phone & eventually it did! Phone doesn’t shut off anymore! Got an original battery part as well! Really satisfied with the service!! (:
Great service! Raul helped me install windows 11 on a computer I built back in 2017. After I replaced the required hardware, I was getting my butt kicked by a software problem. Raul had it figuered out and fixed in no time!
