I brought my pc to him for a diagnostic to find out if my motherboard or cpu that’s causing my boot failure. He kept my pc for 3 days, told me he doesn’t have the parts to properly diagnose the problem and the somehow came to the conclusion that it MIGHT be my cpu. He then proceeded to charge me $80 for a ummmm maybe. I left with the same information I went in with but -$80 and the motherboard was the problem btw.
These guys are great. Spilled coffee on my laptop and thought it was gone. They fixed it in 1 day . Prices are reasonable too and they are very welcoming. They operate from home but they are 100% legit. Def will come back for all my tech issues. Whole thing was super smooth .

used him once before and had a great experience. returned s econd time to see about repairing a couple of keys on a chromebook. i have nete heare back from him and he has not returend any of my calls or emails. dropped the unit off in february... its now october... i have givenup getting the unit back fixed or not. won't use again
