Where do I even start. If I could rate this place -0, I would. The service, the food, the customer service was complete garbage. Let's start with the food, the chicken was under cooked(meaning raw), none of the veggies were seasoned and it was all cold. The service was horrible, we initially booked them based on the taste tasting but we did not receive the food at the wedding that was tasted. Instead, we received boxed food. To have “gourmet” in your name and to have the audacity to serve the equivalent of Kraft Mac and cheese at a wedding reception is quite bold. Honestly Kraft has yall beat at this point. Future brides and grooms — please read before booking AV Gourmet. I’m sharing this because I wish I had seen something like this before booking AV Gourmet for our wedding on June 20, 2026. We paid $10,922.76 for our catering, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The food at my wedding was absolutely delicious! People even went up for thirds! Chef alexis and leo are a great team and so talented. The chicken was my absolute favorite! Their price was affordable, and helped us stay on budget! I'm so grateful for them, and making my wedding so special! It was even Leo's birthday, and i thought that was so sweet to have him there, sharing our day!
From start to finish, the team at AV Gourmet was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication was efficient, responsive, and incredibly detailed, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process.
