I booked this caterer with EZCater 7 days before they cancelled at the last hour, before the event on 10/29. Event was on 10/30 and delivery by the am. It was booked on 10/22. I had food booked for 48 ppl. They gave no reason on why they cancelled, except they just couldn’t do it. I was literally driving home and on phone for an hour with EZ Cater to try and fix. We hired AV Gourmet for our daughter’s wedding. We first met Chef Alexis at a wedding expo. He made us feel very comfortable about handling a gluten free event for a celiac. The goal was to have the entire menu for the event be gluten free for the bride so there were no worries about the big day. The menu put together for the reception was spot on making the feeling of a holiday meal for all the guests.
