Terrible company to work with. I used to use them and seen a lot of behind the scenes. They charge for every little thing. Need a different mic, need a podium that the venue didn't provide, $$$$$ over and over. Their production manager Dan is great with clients, however he is one of the most disrespectful people I have met towards his team. I watched on camera as he sat on his laptop and pointed at his team to do what he said and did absolutely nothing to help his crew, which meant they took longer and I paid more.
