This place has poor service and a snobby staff. They messed up my order twice and it took 8 weeks to get my glasses that they said would take 5-7 days. Do not go here.
I have been going to Dr Rich for years, and Ive never had a bad experience. Dr Rich is knowledgeable, the staff is efficient and friendly, and Ive always gotten my glasses in record time.
