The didn't show up for 2 out of 4 appointments. The 4th appointment i was called 30 minutes prior and was told if I wasn't prepared to do the appointment then, it would be canceled. Instead of ordering lab work, made me write down the labs they wanted and make an appointment with my primary care to get labs. Refused to tell me if they received those labs. Last appointment even admitted to not even checking, but promised a refill in the meantime since their delays had caused me to run out of medications. Then never sent in th... read more
The other reviewers review on here named Joy is not lying about the experience of being ignored. I don’t understand this office and the way they choose to treat people who are dealing with mental health issues and challenges such as anxiety or depression. They started out super responsive but after that I felt like I had to chase them done just to get a response on things that were necessary that they said they would provide. They would be great if I could get a hold of anyone on the phone or get a call back. No one answers I leave voicemails send emails still no response and now my emails don’t go through. I had an appointment no one showed up on the video call. This is making my anxiety worse. I cannot get an actual correct blood order written out on a form to take to quest. We are very pleased with AV Bridge Therapy! This was our daughters 1st appointment and Min Kim was very professional, helpful and very interested in helping our daughter. Our daughter felt very comfortable and at ease speaking with her. The entire process of getting started with them was effortless. Jodi is very quick to respond and knowledgeable as far as what is needed to help our daughter. I highly recommend them! We're excited to be on a path of wellness for our daughter.
I was suffering from anxiety & I was referred to this clinic by a friend. I didn’t have to wait for weeks to get an appointment and the staff was very caring. Definitely would recommend to whoever needs mental health services.
