He has a terrible secretary who promises to call you back only to say she was not able to because she was busy. She does not keep her word to Dr.Bhutwala's patients .I left her my medical records to scan ,told her I would be back to pick them up and when I came back to get them she notified me that she was not able to do them until I see the doctor first.She should have told me that to begin with.She did tell me to find another doctor which which is very unprofessional of her.Oh,YES! I will.
This guy needs his license tooken a real incinsideate quack
seems to forget patient issues like calling in prescriptions or ordering tests, staff take long in getting back to you, they seem more interested in you coming in so they can bill visit than in taking care of patient needs, they over schedule or he takes too long in seeing patients, and he's very busy with hospital issues- leaving his office patients to wait longer than usual.
