I've been observing AV Architects' builds for more than ten years. I had the advantage of doing a walk-through in the early phase of a McLean home build; a walk-though mid-way during construction; and a final walk-through when the home was completed. So great to see the work Francisca continues to do with AV Architects + Builders. Her approach to residential design is thoughtful and grounded, with a real understanding of how people live day to day. The projects feel intentional, well-crafted, and easy to live in, with a seamless connection between design and construction. It’s clear how much care goes into every decision, and it really shows in the final result.

To avoid burying the headline: After 11 Months of living in our home we are extremely happy. I still find myself looking around a few times per week wondering how everything worked out so well. I stumbled upon a current build of theirs and was completely blown away by the quality of work. The siding, soffit and fascia boards lined up so perfectly it looked like it was manufactured by a 3D printer. The tile work throughout the house was a work of art and laid so perfectly. I'm beyond impressed, these builders are definitely not our mass production home builders we have too many of. Great job AV!
