We went with Auxilium after my boss recommended them. Working with Ryan was a great experience, especially as first time home buyers as we really didn't know what the heck we were doing. Ryan was very accessible at all steps, even when we weren't in town anymore. We were very happy with the rate we locked in as well :) looking forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

I called and arranged a meeting to discuss a HELOC. I spoke with Elizabeth who was very nice on the phone. When I arrived the following day I met with Ryan. He was rather disinterested in helping me and was very abrupt during our short meeting. He committed to getting back to me with more information by the end of the next business day - and as expected from his demeanor when we met - there was no response whatsoever.
