I’ve been riding with this company since i was in elementary and it’s always sucked. constantly being 20-30 minutes late or just simply not showing up at all whatsoever. i’m 3rd grade i was dropped off at a nail salon and when i told them that’s not my stop they forced me off the bus with no phone hoping to get picked up by my parents with my little sister. fast forward to high school and the bus driver was just horrible she constantly smoked and had the bus stinking. during the winter was constantly late everyday to the poi... read more
Expected my kids to wait by the street instead of in the doorway during -2 degree weather. We watched the bus fly by the house and when I called, they refused to pick up my children. It is always SOMETHING with this bus company!
Seems like wherever you operate there are problems, even in Albuquerque you couldn't get things right. I'm done with Muncie Community Schools!
