Expected my kids to wait by the street instead of in the doorway during -2 degree weather. We watched the bus fly by the house and when I called, they refused to pick up my children. It is always SOMETHING with this bus company!
Seems like wherever you operate there are problems, even in Albuquerque you couldn't get things right. I'm done with Muncie Community Schools!
Auxilio provides a terrible, unsafe service for Muncie schools. They informed us that our Kindergarten and 2nd grade child would be dropped off several blocks from our home. They would have to cross a 5-way intersection (Reserve/North/Meeks) that lacks crosswalks, and is where I have observed many drivers excessively speed, and blow through the stop signs.
