This company is very nasty and rude. I called yesterday in regards to a property that was posted and the receptionist stated that Sunny was not in and that she would call me back. Well, that never happened so I called back and Sunny picked up the phone. I then proceeded to follow up on the property I was interested in and she stated “it’s no longer available,” with a nasty attitude. I have rented from Autumnwood for over 5 years now. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, it is usually 24 hrs or less when they come to fix any issue I may have. Brian Knoppe is a very reasonable landlord and any issues or concerns I have he genuinely listens. All of his office staff is highly professional. I'm so thankful for signing my lease with Autumnwood back when I did! Communication is key in any scenario so if you plan to move out- you are required usually to provide at least a 90 day notice... just an FYI......
It was a pleasure working with you all in the process of finding a stable home for my family! Words cannot express the gratitude I have towards Autumnwood Homes . Persistence was definitely the key in obtaining the perfect house to call my Own. I would recommend this company to all! Justin and Bryan are the best... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
