My car was towed and I had to pay $250 because it was parked in the wrong sticker zone. The problem is that the parking map showing the red and yellow sticker areas was never included in the paperwork I received. The vehicle rules I signed don’t mention color-coded parking neither. Management showed me the map only after the tow when I requested for it and stated that the rule had been explained verbally, but I do believe every resident should receive this map at move-in to avoid unnecessary towing fee!!
Moved here in June, so far it’s been quiet so I really like that. Super outdated but at a reasonable price. The only complaint I have is the messy hallways and the smells in the hallway. Maintenance is super quick and they are very nice. people are friendly here and love that.
Im so happy here! Super! Alright. I live here. Here is why I give a 4 star review. I felt horrible that at 3 AM I had an issue... I am not sure if it could have waited, but the guy was at my door ASAP(less than an hour). They have an amazing cleaning and maintenance group. Kudos! That guy... Dz200
