It snowed last week, but did not clear the snow off the parking lot. It no where to park. Also, they really don’t answer the phone.
If I could do a zero star review I would. They asked for my security deposit via money order, I gave it. This was 10/25, it is now 1/26 and my security deposit hasn’t been credit towards my account. I have a balance on my account due to them not crediting it, which they are also adding late fees. I’ve paid my rent every month, on time. They only allow you to get WiFi through them or a WiFi box through service providers that don’t even allow service in the area. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. IM HERE WITH MY GRANDMOTHER AND HAVE BEEN FOR A SHORT WHILE, BUT EVEN SO, I’VE SEEN A TON OF ISSUES. These are the most important; When our refrigerator suddenly went out, they brought us a new one immediately. But the days after getting the new refrigerator, we started seeing a ton of ROACHES. DONOT MOVE in HERE …….run I apply for apartments never move into the apartment and never receive any keys for apartment I got sick never move in they knew this company still put on my credit report don’t move in PLease don’t move here
