Horrible customer service here,do not even think about moving here,the leasing agent's don't have any customer service skills,they didn't greet me and my husband at all for potential new tenants,so you can imagine how they treat everything else,very poorly!!!!!

The apartments and everything was bad the moon beam service is no good and the property manager doesn’t respect her residents the only good thing about Autumn Woods was the leasing guy Nate he the only good thing that Autumn Woods have you need more people like him in that office very respectful kind and generous he deserves better!
Please read and carefully consider other reviews because they’re extremely truthful about this complex. I’ve been here about a couple months now and there’s been so many issues. Upon moving in there was trash in the cabinets and roaches in the kitchen. The walls and cabinets left with residual stickers from past tenants. Like many other reviews, there were extra charges on my rent that had to be addressed to the office staff. You also never need to be acquainted with the leasing management as it changes frequently.
