Autumn Villas provided a safe and caring environment for our loved one. The staff went to great lengths to support him. The team was easy to work with, both on care as well as on the business side. They were exceptionally kind to our family through a difficult time.
After much research and trying different places, Autumn Villas is absolutely the best care we found for our mom. Their high quality care and exceptional staff have certainly contributed to our moms happiness and longevity for the past five years. We appreciate you!
Autumn Villas was the best place for our mother to spend her last days at age 96. To say that the staff was compassionate and competent is an understatement. They treated all of the residents with kindness and respect. They obviously have a lot of experience as a team caring for seniors who need a lot of individual care. It was such a welcome change from the previous institutional setting. It is truly a homey environment and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking care for their family member.
I highly recommend Autumn Villas. My mother lived there for the last two years of her life. She suffered from Alzheimer’s, and passed away at age 70. After having lived in multiple memory care facilities and a nursing home (after an injury), we were so fortunate to find Autumn Villas. We will always be grateful to Karen, Mere, and the entire team at Autumn Villas for the extraordinary care they provided my father. They were aware of both his physical and emotional needs; and they responded 24/7 with compassion and prompt, effective action. Their high level of communication and collaboration with my family and my father’s practitioners was exemplary.
