Due to the virus quaretine..and not wanting a (fellow senior) homless,on the streets beyond their control, never thinking this would go beyond 14 day rule. I am now threatened with additional action..we were out of town when all the stay in place quarrentied order came and when we returned to Carson due to asmatic person in resident my friend was unable to return to their house during quaretine time..if someone had. Called I would have been happy to take care of..no communication..
lousy management. in 2019 its getting even worse that in the last several years. landscaping used to be pristine and is now begining to look like a rough on a golf course. bad neighbors are never dealt with. nickle and dime tenants to death on even the tiniest repair. its just bad. corporate turn deaf ears on any grivance so there is no place to air a grievance except to get legal advice.
