We’d used Autumn Tree in the past and received an email reminder on March 5th that it was time to prune crabapples while in dormancy. We procrastinated and didn’t call them until March 20th. Bill, the arborist, showed up the next day to inspect the tree and prepare a proposal. We received it the same day and approved it the following day. The proposal did state that lead time could be 3-4 weeks but the crew was here in 5 days. They listened to our questions, answered them, and did a beautiful job on the pruning. Spraying of all fruit trees (6) including Hawthorn (1) for insect prevention. As always a wonderful experience, very professional, personable, complete application on each tree by the technician. Very reasonable price and very reliable company.
