I am very pleased with this company. They were referred by our city arborist. Their quote was the lowest I received, but because of the referral I chose Autumn Tree. I was given a job date in January, two months out. I was hoping to get the mulch from my trees and did not want to mulch in the winter. So they delivered mulch to me within days. We were fortunate to have seen one of their company trucks with a banner about firewood, and we made an appointment to pick some up. Everything about our experience was outstanding, from our initial phone conversations to our receiving their email receipt. When we got to the yard, Jaime welcomed us, and he directed us to park by a beautifully stacked and measured half cord we had ordered. Had a problematic tree and Autumn did a great job! The process (estimate, service request, removal, payment) was all very easy and they were able to do the work when I was not home. My neighbors were around when the work was done and they were very impressed with the crew! They said the removal crew was efficient, professional, and not disruptive. The tree was preventing my gate from opening and they were able to work around the fencing enclosure.
