This is a beautiful store, all the staff are so kind and helpful. I love the homewares and the clothing. Everything is beautiful and good quality, much of it reasonable priced. Highly recommend!
The coffee here is truly delicious – rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Every sip has that perfect balance between strong aroma and gentle taste, making it refreshing and comforting at the same time. The texture is creamy, not too bitter, and leaves a satisfying aftertaste.
Owner is extremely nice and helpful and has a beautiful range of kitchenware and clothing ! Love shopping here!
I had a terrible experience trying to return a faulty item to this store. They insisted it was discounted so therefore couldn't be returned even though it was faulty. They were extremely rude and condescending and it was a horrible experience. Thankfully, after I made a claim with my bank, the dispute was found in my favour and I was able to have the funds refunded. I would be very careful shopping here, because if you have any problems with items you have bought you will not be treated well!
If you’re ever around the Hawkesbury region, make sure you pop into Autumn & thistle! The most beautiful homewares store on the main street of Richmond run by a Mother & Daughter team, also serving coffees and pastries for you to enjoy! Loved everything in the store, especially the range of candles, and the Christmas decorations of course! They’re doing special Christmas coffees at the moment which I absolutely appreciate!
