I moved into Autumn Sunrise in 07.When I first moved in Kris said that they could do 1yr leases.Then it came time to renew and she said that they never did 1yr leases.I asked if my carpet could be shampooed cause weve been there for a 1yr1/2 already and she said that they dont do that there.So I asked the head maintanace man if thats true he said no that they do it all the time.I had leaks in several areas of the apartment the whole 2yrs I was there and it bairly got fixed in Feb 09.The only time that they came and sprayed f... read more
The Autumn Sunrise apartments are a very nice and ideal place to live. Kris the manager is a very understanding and caring person and made sure our stay there was the best. Unfortunately we no longer live there due to financial difficulties, Kris still made sure we were taken care of afterwards but had things worked out our way wed still be living there! Miss ya Kris!
