I scheduled something 2 weeks ago and then I got a text saying that she was stuck in VA. Rescheduled for next Sunday. Ok fine. Well it is now Sunday and I have not heard a word. No show. No call. Nothing. 1 star due to lack of professionalism.
I would rate this zero stars if it were an option. We had this scheduled for about a week because we are listing our house for sale Monday. It was confirmed, we still have the email. We called yesterday to try and confirm as well but she never answered and did not return call. Today she never showed up. Now we have to try and scramble to find someone else who can deep clean our house before it is listed in 2 days.
