Nice apartments.Very noisy. Kids running up and down the plank porch randomly. I have the noisiest apartment spot.. I hear the elevator,all ac units ,children constantly playing in the corner by my unit where all electric meters are...Complained about the noisy disrespect child for 2 years and management has done nothing to correct the problem.
Have lived here for about ten years. I am very happy with the apartment and the amenities that are provided. The management and maintenance staff are top notch.

This apartment complex started out nice, but quickly went down hill and has now turned into section 8 housing where half the tennants rent is paid by SETHRA. I lived there for almost 3 years and couldn't get out of there fast enough as drug abusers and low quality people now reside. It's a place where If you have any standards you will not want to live. I've lived here for a year and a month because of location issues we had to move otherwise I would have stayed for another year or two I absolutely loved living here it's a newer neighborhood each town home has a washer and dryer hookup and they have 3 free washers and dryers for the tenants the landlord Cathy didn't play games she tried her best to keep people quiet and clean because some of them were loud and the kids were running around but it's a family neighborhood you can't expect everything to be perfect the only real... read more
I would not in a million years give anyone the idea that this apartment complex is worth moving into. I gave a list of things needing fixed and replaced before moving in. Nothing was fixed or replaced. My oven stopped working and it took them a total of 3 months to finally find the time to fix it. When I moved out, they found petty reasons to keep my security deposit. I have seen the apts from the outside, they look very nice, I would rent from there. The web site is not very helpful though, It gives no details of what rent is or how to be able to get an apt. It gives no information. But it seems like it is a very nice place.
The manager is very friendly and helpful. The buildings and apartments and houses are beautiful and spacious.
