Paper work done incorrectly regarding housing Please get copies dont trust them any one that tells you not to date something when you sign any paper that is freud they donot follow threw with section 8 housing causing their assistance to be dropped

RecommendedMy cousin lives at Russell Lamson and I couldn't ask for a better place!! The new property manager is always available and is genuinely concerned about the residents needs. The new cleaning lady is the best I've seen in th whole time my cousin has lived there. Wonderful job guys! Thank you.
RecommendedWell I am a new resident here and I have no complaints my Unit has totally been redone with new everything the staff is very nice they like me a lot they approve of me which is good I keep a very clean unit because I am proud of my home maintenance has been very good at fixing things in my home as far as the neighbors people are just going to do what they want to do regardless simple as that period in other words stay in your lane keep stepping and you will be just fine
I cannot rate this because I was to have an appointment to look at an apartment on Friday. The manager was aware I was right on my way and she left before I got there with no phone call so it was a wasted trip. Numerous people have tried to reach someone at the building and left messages everyday and come by everyday and there has been no response and no possible way to contact someone.
