Horrible management company that will take a week to give a landlord reference. I'm a landlord trying to get a reference for a previous tenant there and it's impossible. The owner of this place should change the management ASAP

I would not recommend applying to this apartment until they address multiple security concerns. They are asking for multiple sensitive documents via email, which isn’t secure. Furthermore, these documents aren’t ever necessary to lease an apartment. I’ve leased 6 apartments, and never once needed to IMMEDIATELY send my social security card and birth certificate off the bat. Please be careful everyone.
Please save the headaches of ever living here. I made a review the last time, and deleted it with hopes they would actually show improvement but they haven’t. This has to be the most unorganized property management company I’ve ever dealt with. The supposed management, especially the lacks the professional ability to properly communicate when there’s an emergency. It’s always, “ oh I don’t know..” from the one “manager” there.
