Office employees don't seem to understand how to file paperwork. Did my walk through, got back to the office and noticed they were using the inventory sheet from the pervious tenant. When i confronted the issue, they said they couldnt find mine, ah isnt it there job to keep track of who lives there and the record of the apartments?? Worst place i have ever lived. The enterence to the apartment building was always unlocked, and maintaince is around so very little, they cant remember who lives where. Management, doesnt keep good track of there paperwork either, they tried to tell me I didn't fill out an inventory sheet when I moved in, all because they forgot where they put it. Rude people and the apartment has cracks from water damage all over the walls. Got charged over $200 for a cleaning fee when I know for a fact when I moved out there was no way the... read more
Great place to live!
My mom loves there, and owner is a money hungry person. The laundry room is way outdated and the appliances are bad. There maintainace people fix things as cheap as they can. Rent is way over changed. Needs new ownership
