The apt was nice but management has alot to be desired. They sent me a letter raising my rent, then a couple days after signing for another year, then sent a letter saying they were not renewing my lease and I had 60 days to vacate.
I personally don't like the outdated carpet it looks old and dingy it looks like an old college dorm , cigarette butts litters the grounds, the pavement can easily cause damage under and around your vehicles, it is too much of an easy access to the buildings, I think the rent is too excessively high, and even though I only visit I don't like carpets, wood floors and a pleasant fragrance would be helpful ijs
One of the trashiest places I’ve ever been the hallways smell like mold and in the laundry room you can see a huge mold spot that they obviously tried to cover with paint. The staff is extremely unresponsive and don’t do their jobs they harass their tenants and don’t even bother trying to get them to do maintenance on anything they will just delete it and say you never told them even if your window is literally pouring water into your apartment they will just paint over it. I would say this is the worst apartment complex ever. If I could give zero stars I would. There’s constantly a mold issue including black mold. They want to paint over it like it’s not there. I HAVE TEO YEAR OLD AND A NEWBORN!!! I brought my daughter home from the hospital and the ceiling caved in (this was approx. 3 and half months ago) they have done absolutely nothing to fix it. This place is a slumm thay told me there were washer and dryer hook ups there wasn't the windows leak my bathroom fan didn't work thay wouldn't fix it the fan blade cam off in the living room thay dint replace its impossible to get ahold of any one after I moved thay said thay would email me all the last information to talke about some of the stuff thay never did it went to Collections because of there in ability to fallow through with what thay say i know 2 people that had thangs go missing frome there apartment after maint... read more
