Well well well, what do we have here? Ill tell you, 2 new owners not from our country now own this place, in 1 year my 80 year old mother's rent has gone up $150. We now have a list of things you as the renters now have to pay for. Let's start with fire extinguishers, just called the fire department in Yukon and they told me that is illegal for them not to provide there renters with them.
