I recommend not renting from here. To get out of your lease is almost impossible no matter the circumstances! To break your lease you are required to pay a $400.00 fee plus pay rent monthly ( even after moving out ) and keep the electric in your name until they decide to rent the unit to someone else which is ridiculous. The upper management and president of the company doesn’t have any compassion for their residents.
