Just driving through. Looks like some places in Flint and not the good areas. Hopefully the new owners can clean it up, but there are townhomes that are literally falling apart. And they are not the exception they are the rule.
Absolutely no regard for kids you have in the home at all . No one answers the phone , you have to put in 10 work orders or just do it your self , had a bat in the basement they didn’t care , animals above us don’t care , mold in tubing in basement , air barely works , heat & air barely reaches upstairs & always a problem when you go address our frustration & I do pay rent on time.
Horrible place, Homeless people that live in the back hallway of my building.... This place is unsafe, and I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy...
