Sandridge Apartments, bad move-out experience – I enjoyed living at Sandridge, but the move out process was a nightmare. Here is my situation and a few brief tips so you can avoid the same problems. I was charged rent for extra days, cleaning, and “damage” that was already there when I moved in, because they lost the move-in paperwork. Expensive living with no perks!!!! If it rains, it floods. Everything in garage will be ruined!!! – I don't recommend these apartments at all!!! Expensive, no pools, clubhouse, or playground, and it floods when it rains. Ruined EVERYTHING in my garage. Not to mention they will take you to court over anything!T And take full advantage of it! EXPENSIVE!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!! STRICT RULES!!!! – EXPENSIVE!!! Deposits are never returned. 100 dollar carpet cleaning fee NO Matter what! Strict guidelines. Parking restrictions, toilets easily clog up, fire alarms easily set off, carpets still dirty upon move in, must use their carpet cleaning service and pay 100 dollars per year to have carpets cleaned ( NOT AN OPTION!!!! )
