Moved in 10 days ago. I was given the wrong keys immediately, and then the office lady went to lunch so I was locked out of my apartment for well over an hour, almost 2 since they gave me the right keys and then had to take them back to make copies. It took them a full week to put a lock on my mailbox and give me a key. And now for the past 3 days I've had no hot water. Maintenance has come out to turn on the water heater twice in the last 24 hours. It apparently keeps shutting off.
